How long does the service run and how do I cancel?

The minimum term is one month. You can also cancel via the “Digital Asset Management” tile in the DWP. After the cancellation date, your tenant and all associated data will be deleted – be sure to export everything in time.

How secure is the system?

The platform runs on federal servers in Swiss data centers, is backed up daily, and operates in VK1 (≥ 99.8 % availability). Connections are HTTPS-encrypted, and the VBS-DMA operations team automatically applies updates outside of service hours.
